Standard HD cameras typically film in a 1.77:1 ratio, like 1920×1080 (Full HD) or 3840×2160 (4K). However, many movies use a widescreen aspect ratio, like 2.39:1 or 2.76:1. Therefore, adding a widescreen letterbox format to your footage can give it a more film-like look with very little effort.
We wanted this pack to be all-inclusive, so we included every standard ratio in 5 different resolutions (1080, 2560, 4K, 6K, & 8K). Here are the aspect ratios that we’ve included in this pack.
