USS needed an animated video to explain their NPS process to their employees.
Our Strategy
We started with the client’s branding guidelines so that we could match their standard visual style and color palette. From there, we created custom characters and then a rough outline of the video.
We needed to explain many detailed elements, so we used a mixture of icons, characters, and text to maximize engagement and retention.
